General Information

We are happy to assist with transportation to and from camp from the Providence TF Greene Airport or the Downtown Providence Amtrak Station. The cost is $55 one way and $80 round trip.  Just complete the form to the right, and we will ensure that your athlete is met at the station/airport baggage claim and returned in time to catch his flight/train at the end of camp.

Once you have completed the form to the right, click SUBMIT and you will be directed to make payment to secure your spot on the Airport and Train Shuttle! Lars Keil is our Transportation Coordinator and will be stationed at the baggage claim area in the airport to meet incoming player’s and assure they get on the shuttle. Those arriving by train will be contacted by cell phone by Lars Keil to coordinate shuttle arrival times and pickup instructions. As the player’s arrive they will be instructed to contact their parent’s to notify them that they arrived safely.

In the event of flight or train delay, flight or train cancellation or an emergency of any kind please email Lars Keil – Travel Coordinator at the email listed below TBA. An email will be provided prior to the start of camp and will be listed on this page.

Shuttle Reservations MUST be made 24 hours prior to arrival or departure in order to secure a seat!

        Airport and Train Pick Up

For the Rising Sophomore, Rising Junior and Rising Senior Camps, shuttle service will be provided from TF Greene airport in Providence, RI. or the Providence Amtrak Station. Both the airport and train station are  approximately 20 minutes from Bryant University so we suggest making flight/train reservations that arrive by 12 noon to accommodate the 12-2pm registration window and nothing that departs before 2pm to allow for security check in time.

If your son is arriving a day early and needs accommodations before camp we recommend the Hampton Inn in Smithfield, Rhode Island.

Directions to our hotel

From TF Green Airport - Depart TF Green Airport traveling east, it then changes to Wells Avenue. Turn left onto Lake Shore Drive. Turn left onto SR-117A(Warwick Avenue). Turn left onto Airport Rd. Turn right onto US-1(Post Road). Take ramp onto SR-37. At Exit 1B, take ramp onto I-295. Take Exit 8B onto SR-7(Douglas Pike). The Hotel is on the right.
