WE ARE STILL ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR DEFENSE 14 spots available, MIDFIELD 15 spots available, ATTACK 7 spots available and GOALIE is full with no one on the wait list. Click on the REGISTER NOW link for online registration or mail in registration forms. Detailed program information can be found by clicking the Blue Chip 225 tab in the upper left hand corner of the home page. If you have not turned in your consent or medical forms you can bring them with you to registration on July 28th but understand without the forms your son CANNOT particptae in field activities. For air travel information click on the Shuttle Service tab and for a list of what to bring click on the Blue Chip 225 tab and then the Things To Know tab. Registration Fee
Payment is due in
full upon Application ($50 Key/damage deposit is due upon arrival to camp).
Registration is a two step process. First, complete your payment using
either option below. Then go to the
online registration page and complete the registration form.

REGISTRATION FORMS ARE

There are two registration options for Blue Chip 225
Rising Senior and Rising Junior Camps: register online/pay online
and register by mail/pay by mail. To
register online:
1. Click on the payment tab below and follow the instructions to
make your online payment via PayPal. You will receive a confirmation
email from PayPal with a receipt number.
2. Return to this page and complete your registration by clicking on
the link below. You will be asked to enter the receipt number you
received from PayPal.
3. Return to this page and click on "Permission
Packet" below. Print the forms, complete, sign, and mail to Blue
Chip Lacrosse, 85 Chapman Avenue, Fairfield 06825.
4. Once these three steps are complete you have secured your place
at camp.
To register by mail:
1. Click here to download the
registration form and permission forms.
(if you need the free Acrobat Reader to download the files
just click on the "Get Adobe Reader" icon at the bottom of
the page. )
Form may take several moments to open.
2. Print out the completed forms and return them with your check for
$625 to Blue Chip 225, 85 Chapman Avenue, Fairfield Ct, 06825.
3. Once your registration form, permission form and check are received, and check clears your space
at camp is secured.
Please note that all online registrations much be
paid online, and all mail applications must be paid by check.
