bring to camp, directions to campus, transportation information, and the
medical form can be found and downloaded by clicking on the menu on the
left side of our website at

All campers are required to submit a Blue
Chip Medical form signed by their physician
within seven business days of registration.
Campers without the proper Medical form
(as mandated by the State of Rhode Island) will
not be able to participate in any field activities.
There is a $50 key/damage deposit
check required upon arrival. (checks made payable to Blue Chip Lacrosse)
Please BRING THIS CHECK WITH YOU TO CAMP. DO NOT MAIL IT IN ADVANCE. When the room keys are returned at checkout, and
the residence passes inspection the deposit will be returned. If
the key is lost or any damages are reported the deposit will be
retained. Look for email reminder notices to be sent prior to the start of camp.

**Please Note: **Cancellation and Refund Policies are based on
the DATE of cancellation not the REASON. Cancellation notification must be in
writing by email to
info@bluechiplax.com.
Cancellation prior to 60 days of the start of
camp, there will be a $75 processing fee for all
refunds.
If you cancel within 60 days of the
start of camp, $150 will be retained from your
camp tuition with the remaining balance refunded
in full. Cancellation within 30 days of
the start of camp, $300 will be retained from
your camp tuition with the remaining balance
refunded in full.
Cancellation within 72 hours of the start of camp there will no longer
be any refunds processed.
